spanakorizo Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 how can that be? i don't want to destroy the disk cause i also boot from XP should i enable journalling in OSX on that disk? i think osx indexing disks that are only hfs is there any solution? it's 1TB disk with full of music/videos/samples/footages and it's a pain to try locate everything manually i did the mistake and i formated it NTFS in XP cause i thought that windows will manage better the 1TB disk but now i realized that i was wrong macdrive can do the thing better from windows than ntfs3G from osx and macdrive can also search hfs drive once they are mounted from XP, ntfs3G doesn't search NTFS drives Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/136372-make-finderspotlight-to-search-ntfs-drivers/ Share on other sites More sharing options...
