Alright, I used the tiger-x86.tar guide for trying to install OSx86, but it didn't seem to work.

---------------------

Intel P4 2.8Ghz

1GB RAM

70GB HD (C:\)

120GB HD (D:\)

---------------------

Alright, I followed the guide exactly to the "try to boot with Darwin" part.

(By the way, What the hell is Darwin?)

So, I (have a Dell) tried to boot from the D:\ drive, but it nothing would happen. No Darwin stuff, nothing.

And to make matters worse (lol, like they could...) Windows doesn't recognize that my D:\ drive even exists. (After the failed boot)

I never did anything physically to my PC, like switch the HDs or anything, only tried to boot from D:\.

Any ideas?

-------------------

Any help is greaty appreciated. :)

Anyone?

I'll try formatting the D Drive,

(It had some files on it before I tried to install OSx86 to it)

Maybe that was the problem.

I'll get back to you soon. ^_^

Well...I can't format. (haha, I feel like killing someone).

Remember, (duh), my computer can't remember that the D Drive exists. (Ha)

Please, omg, can someone help me?!?

Alright, UPDATE:

I was just searching around in the wiki when I came across a guy with my same PC, Dell Deminsion 4600.

I said he physically switched the hard drives. (Not just tried to boot from D)

So, I took his advice.

Lo and behold, it works.

w00t!

The boot up is low and the operating system seems so and I can't connect to the Internet, but I'm working on those things now.

Thanks. :censored2:
