blasteryui
Hey guys, I'm new to the whole OSX86 project, I grab a torrent of Demonoid, a trusted torent. It was to install Leopard without buring to a DVD so running leopard off the computer, rebooting the computer and running the files of the hardrive. Well I have no idea what I did wrong but when I turn on my computer it brings the apple logo with the grey screen and the circle just spins I had it on for 30 mins and nothing happens, and I can't boot to windows.. So I'm going to probably have to reinstall windows on my computer.. If anybody knows how to fix this that would be great. My second question is I want to run Mac OS X and I hate what happend, but could somebody help me install Mac OS X but without the DVD method, or can somebody tell me if VMware is fast or if theirs a application that will run Mac OS X over windows but is relvently fast? Thanks a lot guys. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/135115-difficulty-installing/ Share on other sites

Is it right for your set up? Sorry I checked my system and its so post to work with Mac, it's a Dell Dimension 4550. I used a torrent on demonoid. I reinstalled Windows XP on my computer and I'm wandering if VMware would run fast and how do I setup VMware or if their is another program that would be great. Unless somebody can help me figure out how to install OS X without a DVD.
