psiko
I cannot get any sound. Im running iDeneb 1.3 on an Acer TravelMate 4220, everything is working peachy keen save for the wireless and the sound. The wireless is an intel chipset, Im going to replace the card to see if that helps solve the problem, but the sound I just cannot figure out. The chipset is the ACL883, I have tried to use the X86Tools to automatically download the drivers and install them, that didnt work, but it did bring the sound icon near the clock. Ok, next I tried the ALC883Audio.pkg that was on this site, that didnt work and I also tried the AzailaAudio.pkg nad that again didnt work. Any suggestions? **EDIT** A few things, also, I just checked and I can see input coming from the Microphone, but nothing out of the speakers or headphone jack. **EDIT EDIT** Alright, got this solved from another thread. Will post the thread link in a bit.(forgot to copy it) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/134823-solvedacl883-on-acer-travelmate-4220/ Share on other sites
