eurotrip57
I have officialy installed mac os x leopard 10.5.2 kalyway on my hp dv6809wm amd turion processor 3gb ram 256 nvidia geforce graphics card 120gb hd (used external 160gb usb hd) first i partitioned the usb hd on the osx installer i had to install 10.4.8 first because of registation issues after partitioning the hd i clicked on the partition i was gonna use for leopard before clicking install i clicked customize put the options i needed on then installed after instillation comp restarted once the setup screen was up i clicked yes to everything until it says restore system if you click no or whatever that option is the video will play over and over and over and over so click load from another volume (thats why you have to install 10.4 first) check all but network click accept and load after all of that YOU HAVE OSX LEOPARD 10.5.2 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/134584-os-x-leopard-finally-installed-on-my-hp/ Share on other sites
Ekylypse
So you used two partitions, or you installed 10.4.8 on the external drive and imported to the internal drive(leopard) during migration? I'm wondering because I've run into the same issue and my 10.4.8 dvd is b0rked. i'm just interested in what is necessary to get 10.5.2 finally working.
