dvbfilth
Has anyone had any luck with getting this card to work under 10.4.4? The drivers from M-Audio dont work (obviously) as they are built for PowerPC so nothing is recognised. If there is a topic that covers this somewhere I've missed please point me in the right direction. blinksilver
the driver so far are just for usb or firewirecause there is no intel ppc to built a pci driver true, but it means they are dedicated to support, so when a Mac Pro, or whatever they end up calling the desktop line comes out, there will be support : ). elRey
they will cause m-audio is bundled with pro-tools Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/13417-m-audio-delta-44/#findComment-105435 Share on other sites
jackt283
Seeing as the Mac Pro's use PCIe which (as far as I know) isn't backwards compatible with legacy PCI, I'm guessing M-audio won't bother working out an x86 driver for the Delta 44. That sucks. This is like the cheapest way you can run pro tools. Perhaps M-audio wouldn't mind supporting us hackintosh users?
