I've an asrock 939DualSATAII mainbord and all work fine except for the ethernet card and the sound card. For the LAN no problem because I use the wireless adapter that works fine but I'd like to get the audio work. I've installed the 10.4.5 beacause I've read in the compatibility list that the audio should work without any patch but in the panel it still says "NO DEVICE". My question is what I've to do to make it working?!?!?! I've to load something at startup? How can I know who tested this mobo, saying that audio works in the compatibility list, for asking him what he had done? Please help me it's the only thing I need for a full working MAC pc...... Intruder Posted April 8, 2006 Share Posted April 8, 2006 Hello there, Got the same trouble like you mention, I just finish to install the 10.4.5 release like you and also was thinking the onboard audio would have been working. The person that wrote the compability in the Wiki was saying the only thing that didnt work was the SATA and the Ethernet. The only thing I can see is that the version we are using is missing some patch of some sort, or we have to edit one of the kewt file. If anyone know how to solve this issue it will be greatly appreciated to share it with us ;-). Thanks for your collaboration in advance. For the audio instead seems nobody knows how to make it working.... Is it possible to know who wrote in the compatibility list?!?! Is the Admin able to check that or is it impossible?!?!?! Another question... i have my MAC official keyboard pro (black) and sometimes after 4-5 minutes of working... it doesn.t work and i have to reboot... ANy idea?
