perroboy
Have Shuttle SD20G2+ with SATA HD & DVD. Windows installation boots fine. Have tried following ways to install: Kalyway 10.5.2 iDeneb 10.5.5 ToH 10.5.2 custom BOOT-132 + retail DVD all to no avail. Although it varies from dist to dist, this is the error I get: Waiting for boot volume with UUID XXXX Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1"> -uuid-media</string></dict> FireWire (OHCI) Vendor ID 1106 ID 3044 PCI now active, GUID XXXX AppleIntelPIIXPATA:Secondary PCI IDE channel is disabled Extension "com.apple.iokit.IOGraphicsFamily" cannot be found Couldn't determine dependencies for com.apple.driver.AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer Couldn't allocate class "com.apple.driver.AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer" Still waiting for root device I usually never get beyond: Waiting for boot volume with UUID XXXX Waiting on <dict ID="0"><key>IOProviderClass</key><string ID="1"> -uuid-media</string></dict> FireWire (OHCI) Vendor ID 1106 ID 3044 PCI now active, GUID XXXX AppleIntelPIIXPATA:Secondary PCI IDE channel is disabled Have it confirmed by other forums users that my hardware combo (even with 2 SATA drives) does work. Would greatly appreciate some help! Pato Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/132877-shuttle-install-woes/ Share on other sites
