I've made and improved the ApplePS2Controller project because I wasn't happy with the dependency issues, etc.

This one works fully without any issues or problems.

The binary is specifically compiled for Leopard.

Enjoy...

;)

The package contains the sources, the binaries.

the bins are located under build/Deployment.

As you may have realised by now, I am the type of guy that gives power to the people and thus releases allways full sources.

Edit: I added some stuff to the ApplePS2Controller.

No more deprecation...

Edit2: fixed up (think so anyway) the dependency issue on some machines.

Hi, which dependencies do you mean? PS2 kext depending on the nub?

I'am now using ApplePS2Controller.kext patched by Tom H and the Nub provided by Chun-Nan for only a PS2 mouse.

It works ok, but 1 out of ten starts I have a non working mouse or USB keyboard, or both. Need to restart or replug to fix.

Will this be solved by your version?

Thanks, relikwie.

Maybe... Maybe not...

Works great for me though.

It doesn't work :D

Use the AppleACPI parts by me...

It should work then.

  • 3 weeks later...

I've been thinking also a bit about this.

Try my new one, load it with "kextload -t -v 2 ApplePS2XXX.kext > ApplePS2XXXLog.txt"

Upload me those texts.

Then I know what exactly the problem is, and then I can work around it.

It doesn't work :)

Try it now (new one), should work.
