Jayem Posted October 18, 2008 Share Posted October 18, 2008 Hi again, I was wondering what distribution of OSX86 you guys recommend for me. I am looking for one which supports 10.5.5 because when I updated my current one to 10.5.5 it failed to start up (wouldn't go past the blue screen). I am using a laptop with onboard graphics (Intel GMA 950) and an Intel Core Duo T2250 1.73GHz CPU. OSX86 functions properly with the vanilla kernel (probably because my laptop uses comparable hardware to MacBook's). My only experience with OSX86 is with iATKOS, I have never used any other distribution so I am unaware of the alternatives out there. I had some graphics (artifacts) and sound problems (earphone jack not cancelling out speakers) which I can hopefully get fixed. So what do you think?
