spazztastic Posted October 16, 2008 Share Posted October 16, 2008 Hi! I have made an successful installation of kalyway 10.5.2 on my pc. Everything works as supposed but the wifi due to that i have an intel wireless card in my laptop. Hence I bought a wireless usb adapter (MSI US54SE II) which is supposed to be supported by HCL 10.5.2 Hardware List. I have installed the drivers that is posted on HCL unto my hard drive. After installation the computer restarts as it should and loads up. When i go to applications theres a Realtek Usb WLAN client Utility that crash when i open it (eg. it stops responding). I have not yet got the usb adapter to work. I've tried to search for it through Airport-Utilities and also tried to set it up in the network preferences to no avail. If you have any suggestions for me that I can work on I would be very grateful. Oh and by the way, the adapter is recognized as a usb device in system information but does not work as an internet card yet. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
