Yes, there is a patch for SSE2 compatible processors.

Right now, the best ISO for those of us in the SSE2 crowd is the 10.4.4 w/10.4.5 Myzar patch (which I'm running now). By the by, the new iTunes (6.0.4) works just fine with the 10.4.5 patch.

ASUS P4C800E Deluxe (P4 2.6 HT Northwood-C and 1 GB DDR400)

Windows XP MCE 2005 w/SP2 and OSX x86 10.4.5 swap-boot

SB Audigy 2 ZS (MCE) and integrated audio (OSX)

I don't dual-boot because I don't use the onboard sound on the MCE side of things.

i'm using a barebone system from i'will (zpc gx)

install a 10.4.3 that required a SSE3 instruction and working fine accept the dvd player and my network that couldn't work untill now :(

my system are:

Cell 2,00Ghz

Memory 512 Mb

HDD 60 Gb

DVD Combo (DVD player and CR writer) LiteOn 16x (but in mac only run at 12x)

with barebone system:

Main Chipset Vendor Intel

North Bridge I845GV

South Bridge ICH4

I/O Chip Vendor Winbond 82627

Audio Vendor Realtek ALC650

LAN Chipset Vendor Realtek RTL8100B

1394 Chipset Vendor VIA VT6306

after install update iTunes and install VLC media player audio working fine but dvd working not fine :D

i can play dvd but all i get is bad frame rate but sound working fine
