glinan Posted October 12, 2008 Share Posted October 12, 2008 hi, i really need help with my ALC861 Audio, i can't make it work. i have Toshiba Satellite M105-S3004 and i'm currently running Kalyway 10.5.2, i've tried many fixes, still no sound. the only thing i found is this fix: ALC861 Fix, yes it works for me but the thing is there's an annoying sound. it's like the sound of clicking for every 4 or 5 seconds, kinda wierd huh. anyway, i'm also running vista. and in windows, there's no problem like that, i watch movies in vista all the time. i hope you could give me a link or send me a step by step guide on how to fix the ALC861. i really don't want the fix that i found. thanks.
