  1. I recently bought a new PCI-E Video Card, it's ASUS EN210. It works 100% with Quartz Extreme [QE] and Hardware Acceleration. It works right out of the box of iAtkos S3 / V2 [10.6.3], no problems so far. Just wanna share this update to everyone.
  2. Hello Everyone, just wanna share my successful installation of Snow Leopard on my HP DC7600 CMT [Convertible Mini Tower] machine. I've used iAtkos S3 / V2 [10.6.3.] and updated to 10.6.4. after the installation. Here's my hardware specifications: Main: HP DC7600 CMT CPU: Intel Pentium 4 @ 3.0 Ghz RAM: 1.5 gb Graphics: Intel GMA 950 [Dev. ID: 2772] Audio: ALC 260 Ethernet: Broadcom BCM5752 Wifi: DWL-G510 And, here are the stuff that i've selected during installation: Chameleon V2 RC4 32-Bit Boot Qoopz 10.3.0. Sleep Enabler UUID Intel SATA/IDE Voodoo PS/2 Atheros [For DWL-G510 card] Note: Just leave the stuff that are mark/checked already. DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING. Go through with the installation. Almost everything works out of the box with this machine with the exception of the ETHERNET, i don't use it that's why i never bother in fixing it. Moving on, you would notice that your graphics are stuck at 1024 x 764, we'll fix that in a minute. Once the iAtkos installation is done, go ahead with the official update. Once it's done, we'll be fixing the graphics problem. We do it by installing a FRAME BUFFER Kext, which can be found here: [Thanks to Denmantt!] http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php...p;#entry1441370 After that, your graphics are now fixed. If you guys have any questions, just let me know.

  4. Oh ok. The thing is I tried the DSDT Patcher GUI but ending up getting a FAILED message. I don't know why. I'm not really knowledgeable with this. Patching it would be a great compliment. What method can you suggest? Are there any links that has the DSDT.aml compatible for my motherboard? I hope they include the frame buffer kext on the upcoming update. Although everythings running fine.
  5. Yeah, everythings working fine. I haven't tried the MS Office yet, how bad is the mouse artifacts? I've updated to 10.6.4, and i had to reinstall the frame buffer kext again. Would that be always the case for updating?
  6. OH MY GOD! It Worked! Whoahoah! Don't know how to thank you Dellmant, but THANK YOU. I did a fresh install of IATKOS S3 / V2 [10.6.3.], didn't install any GMA 950 drivers. After installation, just install your frame buffer kext, reboot. And everything works 100%. THANK YOU AGAIN. You're the man.
  7. Found it. I've installed it but nothing changed. Aside from installing that kext, what GMA 950 did you used?
  8. do you have the same thing as mine? I can't find the framebuffer kext form that link. where is it?
  9. What does that mean? Can you be more specific? I'm still a newbie when it comes to this, hope you can help me or direct me to a solution to this problem. Thanks.
  10. hi, is there anyone with Intel GMA 950 with Dev. ID: 0x2772 & Rev. ID: 0x0002 on Snow Leopard working? I don't have Quartz Extreme [QE] and Hardware Acceleration. I can select many display resolutions but my Preview.App, Chess.App, FrontRow.app and SnapShot doesn't work. I'm running iAtkos S3 / V2 [10.6.3], updated to 10.6.4. Any ideas?
  11. Has anyone able to fix this? I have a GMA 950 with ID: 2772. I have the same symptoms, No QE and Harware Acceleration. I am able to switch to many screen resolution but all the QE Apps don't work. White Screen on Preview.app, FrontRow.app don't work and Chess.app is so slow. How can i fix this? Anyone? i'm running iAtkos S3 / V2 10.6.3.
  12. It's working now. But not because of the removal of AppleHPET.kext. I think the cause of the problem is the Voodoo sounds. When you replace the stock Voodoo kext, the problem with the sleep starts. I don't know how to explain it, but what matters is it's working. Kudos for you! Thanks!
  13. I'll give it a try. The thing is, when my computer goes to sleep, it goes back right away and doesn't stay asleep. And when it does, i lose all my USB functionalities. Any ideas for that?
  14. Dude, try iAtkos S3 Version 2. It works perfectly with DC7600, i have an HP DC7600 CMT (Convertible Mini Tower), almost the same as yours. Try it. It's updateable aswell, just updated with 10.6.4. Just a heads up, sleep doesn't work when wifi is on, for some reason. And when it goes back from sleep, i lose all my USB functionality. Don't know how to fix it though. But overall, i don't use sleep anyway, so it's cool. What's your progress?
  15. Hello everyone, i've successfully installed iAtkos S3 / V2 on an HP DC7600 CMT [Convertible Mini Tower] Desktop Computer. So far everythigs fine, i was able to update with 10.6.4 with no problems at all. But i am having problems with the SLEEP functions, whenever the computer sleeps, it goes back but i lose all my USB functionalities when it does and my audio becomes crappy. If anyone can help me, that would be awesome! Throw some ideas and comments.
