Hi,

 

I don't know which huide you are following, but I think you're using mine (profit42.com). If yes, you don't really need spfdisk, you'll only need it to change your active partition if something went wrong (when you start your computer it will boot the OS on your active partition, if there's no partyition on it, the pc will reboot). If you don't want to use spfdisk, you have two options:

1) Just forget the spfdisk step and pray everything works

2) Download a linux-live distribution (ubunutu...) and burn it on a cd, it also contains fdisk
