french squared Posted October 8, 2008 Share Posted October 8, 2008 So, i was able to use the kalyway install. Eything seemed to go smoothly, but i must have forgotten something. When I try to oot the computer from he HD i get the apple logo, thenthe screen goes haywire. When booting off CD I can see that no kext is loaded for the display. However it does recognise the card, an ATI 2400 HD other specs are in my signature Please help, thanks sorry may have poste o soon. french squared Posted October 8, 2008 Author Share Posted October 8, 2008 So, I reinstalled with the ATI Drivers selected and now I get a black screen. i am going through the kernels 1 at a time.
