I was installing Windows XP on a separate HD and while setting it up I deleted the Partition that I saved all my files to. Now it is NOT the Hard Drive I installed Mac OS X to, but it is (was) formatted to "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)" So I have access to both Mac OS X and Windows XP, is there a program I can use to save my files? What I beileve is that the files are still there just to partition to access it... Thank You. hecker Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 The files will still be there as long as you don't access that partition space. Use Data Rescue II to recover your files via OSX.
