lpepe Posted October 1, 2008 Share Posted October 1, 2008 I have a HP NC6220 with 10.4.7. JAS OS and an Option Icon 225 USB HSDPA modem (aka T-mobile web'n'walk stick). The modwem works perfectly with an ibook G4 and under XP. On hackintosh i can connect, i get an ip adress, in network prefs i can see the green spot by the connection, but the connection don't work: the ping, the traceroute, the browser, and ichat none. It's seem to me, that the system don't recognize, that it have internet connection.... westwaerts Posted October 2, 2008 Share Posted October 2, 2008 did you choose the right modem type in the network > more option > modem dialog ? ( default is an apple modem ..............)
