ishaq
Hi Everyone, I came across this site that said I could just update my os from 10.5.3 (Kalyway) to 10.5.5 combo, so I just updated it and BOOM! I started getting No HPET available errors. So I followed this tutorial to remove AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext. I did that, and after that I Repaired File Permissions on the disk (which strangely should a lot of files with wrong permissions and fixed them). then when I restarted my system (with -x -v -f, as the tutorial says), I can't go beyond a blue screen. Any help would be much appreciated, I don't want to lose my previous installation, is there anyway I could get my installation back to life with minimal damage?
