prodk
Hello I just have installed. iAtkos v4 on HP 530 notebook: Core 2 Duo RAM: 2 GB Hard Drive: 120 GB, Serial ATA-150, 5400 rpm Intel GMA 950 In customize I have selected following options (according to this post http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...mp;#entry905865 ): iAtkos v4i Main system Datwin bootloader AppleACPIPlatform.kext Kernel 9.4 AppleSMBIOS-27 6th. revision MacBook PAtch for PS/2 Remove thermal.kext GMA 950 SATA Intel Speed Step NTFS-3g Intel Pro/100 VE I did setup dual boot vith Vista. Vista boots ok. After selecting to boot leopard, I get iAtkos boot screen with 3 partition to select (Vista, recovery partition that comes preinstalled with notebook and Leopard). When I select partition with leo installed, screen only flicks, with no booting or error message. even if I write -v. I am assuming that system does not start booting process. I made one install before with exactly the same steps performed, but did not make any customizations in install. System booted ok, but with no graphic driver, fan nonstop activated etc... so I decide to make this new install that was unsuccessfull. My question is, what could cause that system is not booting? Any of selected oprions is not OK? What to check? Thank you Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/128617-iatkos-v4-does-not-boot/ Share on other sites
