andrewq2 Posted September 28, 2008 Share Posted September 28, 2008 I have a weird kernel panic problem on my amd antlon x2 4200+, nforce 630a mobo sata 2 in AHCI mode.I have tried all of the nforce drivers. On the first boot i can load up leopard set it up change a few settings then after a little time it kernel panics. So next i boot using the -f -v -x options it boots up fine into safe mode but after about 2 min it kernel panics in safe mode. I'm going to keep trying diffrent kernels, drivers. If you have a sugestion please tell me. Thanks, Andrew edit: it seems cpus=1 solves the problem if you can help me get it back to both of my cores i'm open to suggestion.
