aitikin Posted September 27, 2008 Share Posted September 27, 2008 So I've been out of the loop on everything, but I'm building a new hack by the end of October and wondering if ATI or nVidia is now the Hackintosh choice for compatibility. Part of me would prefer ATI as they're becoming more OSS friendly everyday, but I'm not willing to compromise my functionality much for that right now. JBLanteigne Posted September 27, 2008 Share Posted September 27, 2008 According to this Geforce seems to be more supported than ATI, however there are lot of hardware that works with mac os x that aren't official compatible with EXI-X Both HD 3870 and 8800GT, GTX and GTS work well.
