Sysagent
Hi there, Firstly many thanks to the developers who have made me a very happy man by enabling me to use an Apple OS based system again after many years of PC'dom... I have managed successfully to get the 10.5.1 version of Kalyway installed on my Dell Latitude D600 laptop, with the internal Broadcom 570x adapter happily functioning, but I cannot get the internal Intel ® Pro/Wireless 2100 LAN miniPCI Adapter working I have tried the following iwi2100 kext's but they just cause the machine to lock up:- PROSet/Wireless 2100 OS X 10.5 SVN latest PROSet/Wireless 2100 OS X 10.4 rev 1208 installer Has anyone managed successfully at all to get the 2100 adapter working? And if so could you please help me out as I don't want to re-load Windows XP back on the laptop, I want to stick with the Mac! Many many thanks in advance! splonk
When I improved the OS on my D600 back in the day, the first thing I did was chuck out the Intel 2100 and got a Broadcom 4306 on ebay for about £10. Saved so much time and effort.
Sysagent
Does that work fine with Mac OS X though Splonk? i.e. Is there drivers available and working? (if there is can you point me to them as I can order the item from Ebay now) Many thanks, Sys
