Updates de software

Já tenho lido aqui pelo fórum que é possível fazer o update para a versão 10.5.5, sendo que para isso é necessário desabilitar as Kext. instaladas anteriormente.

 

Eu para já queria fazer update apenas aos programas, itunes, etc... estas ectualizações são feitas pelo software updater.

 

É possível faze-las sem desabilitar as kext e sem actualizar para a versão 10.5.5???

fico pensando com meus botôes... "conheço pessoas que possuem um mac original e ainda estão no Tiger sem reclamar coisa alguma e não entendo como esses cidadãos que mal colocaram o leopard ou acabaram de sair do Tiger OSX86(hackintosh) , diga-se de passagem, não se contentam coma versão que têm e/ou acabaram de instalar seu OS X, já vão baixando antes mesmo de saber se vão conseguir (não pela pesquisa e/ou sabedoria), as atualizações de software que estão aparecendo...

 

Gente, somos comunistas virtuais...

 

Vamos fazer as coisas com consciência...

Eu tenho rodando o 10.5.2 Leo4all V3 (Celeron), o 10.5.4 Jas Server e um 10.5.5 Jas Server atualizado por download direto da Apple (Core2Duo).

Nao tive problemas em nenhum dos dois notes ao atualizar versoes de softwares como itunes e outros.

 

Sugestao - Baixa o OSX86 Tools -http://######.com/osx86tools/ Ferramenta tipo 'mao na roda'

 

da uma olhada na funcao

 

Backup Extensions Folder

This is basically the same as the backup mach_kernel function except that this backs up the Extensions folder (/System/Library/Extensions). It works the exact same way as the backup mach_kernel function. Simply choose the drive you want to back up from, choose the location to back up to, and the program does the rest. Backing up Extensions may take a while so be patient when using this feature.

Install or Restore Kernel

This is the easiest and most safest way to install a new kernel on your computer. The main dialog window of the kernel installer will show the current system kernel information, and the recognized version and make of the current kernel. Click the Start Wizard button to start the kernel installer. This easy wizard will first ask you for a name to name the backup of your current kernel (in case you want to revert back later) and then it will ask you to choose the kernel file to install, and then last where to install the kernel too. Early beta builds of this app had a serious error when installing kernels that were not named “mach_kernel”, but since beta build 51 these problems have been fixed. The kernel changes take effect upon reboot of the system.

 

Salva as tuas Extensions e Kexts (Caso tu ache necessario). E se no item 'Detect Kernel Version' (dentro do Install or Restore Kernel) for Vanilla 9.4.0 Kernel nao acredito que tu teras problema.
