Hey guys,

I have my macbook pro connected up to my network via a gigabit bridged connection on my xp desktop. Im running a router on a seperate network card which connects up the rest of the network.

 

the macbook pro can see all xp shared folders. however, none of the shared folders on the mbp show up on the pcs with xp installed.

 

all machines have internet access.

 

any ideas on whats wrong?

I guess your current share is AFP only. You'll need to activate SMB (samba) sharing to access your shared files from a windows system.
