blindmanonacid Posted September 9, 2008 Share Posted September 9, 2008 Hi all, Could people who have everything (ethernet, wifi, sound, graphics etc) working on their install of 10.5 post the computer make and model number here? I know there are pages on the wiki dedicated to which computers and parts work or not, but it would be nice to be able to look at it from a the side of which computers everything is actually working flawlessly. There are problably a bunch of people who have an osx installation in mind when buying a new laptop, so this might be useful.. Thanks! The only one Ive seen so far to have all up and running (except from an inbuilt flash card reader) is the Acer Extensa 5620Z on 10.5.0. My X61t - essentially the tablet version of the T61 - does not have working LCD brightness, effectively halving (or worse) the battery life.
