Elfenlyte
Would this system run X86 well? http://tinyurl.com/5cce5h Someone said I might need a different video card... Not sure. The motherboard works I think and is overclockable. EDIT: FIXED LINK!!

kitmac
8500 video card.....?? kinda weak Manufacturer of the sound card and network card is "ONBOARD" never heard of em but it really depends on whether or not they use realtek chips... Power supply OKIA again never heard of em... they say the power supply is the most crucial... Only thing i like is the Intel Q9550.......

Gonna need some more power though 400w no name brand could take a dump on you in a couple months.. better safe then sorry.. get something 500w or higher..gonna need it for that 8800 GT. and stick with a sata DVD drive I find it to be less problematic.... good luck...... Elfenlyte
I'll try 500W, then. Is the power supply easily replacable though? You're suggesting that I stick with SATA drive instead of SATA2?
kitmac
Sata DVD drive instead of IDE.... The power supply isn't hard to replace....
