HELP! Waiting for root device

Hey guys, im new to this form.

I ran into a problem installing Kallyway onto my new computer.

It starts the boot then i get a firewire error then waiting for root device.

 

My computer contains the following:

 

Asus P5Q Deluxe

Intel Q660 2.4 GHZ

4 GB Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 1066Mhz PC2-8500

2X 500 GB sata seagate beracuda drives

Sata DVD RW

NVIDEA GeForce 8800 GT

run boot in verbose mode, at darwin press F8 and type -v enter, post your screen here

Good news, your setup will work.

Bad news, you must flash your BIOS with one that has been modified

Good news, Kabyl has that ready for you to down load here.

Bad news, you cannot run your hard drives as IDE

Good news, They work great set as AHCI in your BIOS

Bad News, other things on the mobo will not work OOB

Good news, there is a thread just waiting to help here
