Gujal
What is the name of the volume you are using when you are formatting the drive to Mac OS Extended (Journaled)? If you have a space in the volume name, the error that you have mentioned will happen.
Oracle67
Try to use a clean and slow writed DVD to improve quality, chose carefully the packages on customized installation screen. x2 or better x1 is nice to burn a copy of the installation disc. I wish you luck.
Sweetshoes18
I labeled the drive OSX so I don't see why that may affect the installation: however I have been burning the cd's quite fast; Ill try it around 1x this time Thanks for the help
Sweetshoes18
No luck unfortunately... any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Just a thought: Maybe I have something incorrectly set in the bios? Are there certain functions that need to be disabled/enabled?
