Since this is opensource, what I am hoping is that they'll make an installer where they will include a bunch of options to configure it... even allowing you to install linux, or maybe even change the picture of the OS (if you catch my drift ;) ).

 

This kind of hack leaves much for the wanting - so I hope that they'll have a sourceforge repository up soon, and that it gets off to a great start...

For you guys that want to just boot back into osx and manually set xp, just bless back the original efi file by doing the following:

 

cd /System/Library/CoreServices

sudo bless --folder . --file boot.efi --setBoot

 

Then just reboot and you've taken off the boot loader.

 

Then likewise to set backup xom do the following

 

cd /System/Library/CoreServices

sudo bless --folder . --file xom.efi --setBoot

 

I've attached 2 .term files that will automatically install and uninstall the boot loader for you, just type in your admin pw and your set!

 

Hope this helps till they get a timer on!

 

*note: only use xom.term if you put xom.efi in your coreservices dir!
