bigjohnjr
I seen many post about vmware install questions. I am trying to install vmware for the first time and I am total lost with all the options. I have seached the forms and I have not been able to find a simple to follow quide. I am sure that one does exitst, but I have not been able to find it. Could someone please point me to it, I have no problem printing it out and reading it. It is just the lack of finding it that seems to be the problem. I have done native installs in the past and wanted to try vmware, I think I have the right vmware ( I got it from a bit torrent site, it's vmware 5.?, I think it was called server) Thanks Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/12375-vmware-install-help/ Share on other sites

Sabr
Thanks I did not know that I needed daemon tools, I have 10.4.5 on a install dvd. You don't NEED it, but it just saves having to burn the ISO onto a DVD... Anyway, did you try it, and did it work? Just make sure it's about 3 GB, so it can accomodate the required install amount Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/12375-vmware-install-help/#findComment-78516 Share on other sites
