ACCORDING to help those who do not know mac and we tend not hand anything? and they forget they ever were not like us knew nothing absolutely nothing mac and not a soul we help to drivers as rtl 8185 Realtek and with nothing to help the less is going to Realtek and download mark the card as unplug as demons is to pull the damned and modem loan is a {censored} 2Wire 2701hg-t as is done for the ethernet network

Yeah, I know. It frosts my onions that someone has the nerve to be "angry" because no one will volunteer to help him for free. Any help given on these forums is out of goodwill and the desire to lend a helping hand. This guy DEMANDS it and gets ANGRY when it doesn't happen fast enough.

 

It sounds like whatever he has is a loaner, but that doesn't give him the right to demand or expect anything. Nobody is entitled to an answer.

first of all ask an apology and the problem I have is that does not connect to the network card rtl 8185 is not whether the driver lose Realtek which is marked as not connected not have to see if the modem 2Wire Gateway 2701hg-t

Is RTL8185 a wireless adapter?

 

Is it a PCI card or a USB device?

from what i know, RTL 8185 is a WiFi PCI card. and he is trying to connect to 2Wire 2701HG-T access point. i dont have experience with those kind of card. mine is Linksys WMP54GV2 (Broadcom) that working out of the box on Leo 10.5.2 by Kalyway.

 

@hochos, please clarify.

After installing the 8185 driver you edit the Info.plist and add your ID's, reboot with a -f and it should be working after that, if it isn't then you got the ID's wrong.

 

Not a wise recommendation to make.
