J.K. Hax
I have the Leo4Allv2 ISO and it's hanging when I run it in Qemu, giving me this: npvhash=4095 hi mem tramps at 0xffe00000 PAE enabled Darwin Kernel Version 9.0.0: Tue Oct 9 21:35:55 PDT 2007; root:xnu-1228~1/RELEASE-I386 standard timeslicing quantum is 10000us vm_page_bootstrap: 253379 free pages and 8765 wired pages mig_table_max_displ = 79 Local APIC version not 0x14 as expected Relacing extention "com.apple.driver.AppleAHCIPort" with newer version (1.0.5 -> 1.1.0). Skipping duplicate extension "com.apple.driver.AppleOnboardPCATA" with older/same version (1.0.0d1 -> 1.0.0d1). ACPI CA 20051117 [debug level=0 layer=0] Is there any setting in qemu or in the Darwin boot that will let me install/run Leopard on Qemu? EDIT: Oh I also forgot to mention it's a laptop with a Core 2 processor running Vista x64 and 4 gigs of ram. The VM is configured with a 20GB hard drive image, Leo4Allv2 image in the CD slot, 1GB of ram, 64-bit CPU (0.9.0), Local Time on. Korrupted
Why not install in VMware? All the open source emus/virtualizers have the same problem, if memory serves: incomplete ACPI.
