Jayem
Hi InsanelyMac! I'm downloading iATKOS v4i at the moment, it should be done by tonight. So before I install it I've been doing some research. Here is some specifications of my laptop before I begin: Processor: Intel Core Duo T2250 1.73GHz (Yonah) - MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3. Motherboard: Chipset = Intel i945GM (Revision 3) and Southbridge = 82801GHM (ICH7-M/U) Graphics: Intel GMA 950 Network: LAN-Express AS IEEE 802.11g PCI-E Adapter (Atheros, Device ID: 001C). Laptop Model: Sony Vaio VGN-N11H Now (please refer to http://img187.imageshack.us/img187/8304/picture1od1oa5.png), should I select the following?: iATKOS v4i Main System AppleACPIPlatform.kext Kernel 9.4.0 Darwin X86 for MBR (Non-EFI) Intel GMA 950 Intel Speedstep Atheros 5005eg Is this correct? Will all these be compatible with my system? I'm planning to use the MBR to dual boot Microsoft Windows XP and iATKOS v4i. Thank you. RahamanPatrick
Never mind about the image not working, I had to take of the bracket at the end. Your selections seem perfectly fine to me, not sure you need the Intel Speedstep but don't quote me on that. I believe because it's using the stock kernel it doesn't? I'm not sure, someone who does know please chime in. Other than that they seem like good choices, you can always try again if they don't work.
