Gujal
Both Nvidia and VIA are pulling out of Chipset business. So my advice would be to not buying a motherboard based on either chipset. 1. CPU is supported by patched kernels/distros 2. MB Based on nForce chipset (worst chipset for OSX) 3. nForce Motherboard and SATA Harddisk, mostly does not work under OSX 4. IDE DVD with nForce chipset works 5. No proper support for GeForce 6100 (It is not a real Video card, just an integrated display which shares RAM with the system) 6. ALC861 is supported Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/120774-drivers-for-all-these-parts-compatibility/#findComment-854969 Share on other sites
