boojai Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 I've been trying to Install Kalyway 10.5.2 and I keep getting this error no matter what I do. I've also tried a few versions of iAtkos and I get the same error. The error stops at: Kernel Version: Darwin Kernel Version 9.1.0: Sat Nov 17 02:56:34 SCT 2007; made by ToH:xnu-1228.0.2~1/BUILD/obj/RELEASE_I386. My specs is Intel QX6700 2.66 quadcore 4gb corsair ddr2-800 Nvidia Nforce 680i board BFG 8800gtx I'm also trying to install it on a 80gb WD Caviar PATA hd since I heard that its better than SATA. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! This could be due to a kernel panic or something of the matter but i cannot tell based on what you gave me. I have tried various boot options and all of the kernels and they all end in the kernel panic... i am trying to install on a Dell Inspiron 9300 (i havent seen this laptop on any of the HCL's so i dont have high hopes it will work). if i figure anything out i will let you know.
