mcdull
I lost my leopard DVD and tired to download the whole image and start update from 10.5 to 10.5.4 step by step. Can I install leopard using JAS's DVD? Will finally use rEFIt to multiboot. Or are there any trimed version of retail OSX for easy sake? Thanks. FrankOS_Scripting
You can't use OSx86 DVD llike JaS, iAtkos etc on a genuine Mac. Cause it's not built for them but for Intel CPU based and PC hardware. Better to go on green demon and download the image of Leo Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/120369-can-i-use-jas-1054-dvd-on-my-mac-book-pro/#findComment-851740 Share on other sites

Or I must start from 10.5 and upgrade one by one? FrankOS_Scripting
no problem. First, Apple didn't update his installations discs like Windows. SO you start at 10.5 and you upgrade litteraly to 10.5.1 etc. Mac OS X 10.5 retail disc on green demon Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/120369-can-i-use-jas-1054-dvd-on-my-mac-book-pro/#findComment-851794 Share on other sites
