Now they have all turned into folders instead of .kext files with a bunch of contents. Should I be worried, and how do I change them back? Thanks in advance guys. antsh Posted August 9, 2008 Author Share Posted August 9, 2008 Thanks for the advise, I tried a permissions repair as you suggested but they're still folders unfortunately. The computer works fine, I even did an -f boot to make sure. The only thing that is bothering me about this is now i can't open the files in a hex editor should I need to edit some of the kexts.
