warpedlogic
Hey all, I installed the ToH 9.2.0 speedstep kernel and speedstep package after installing the OS. The issue I'm having is that my pc will no longer automount any usb storage device unless it's plugged in at boot. I've looked around and tried installing the PCGenUSBEHCI.kext but that didn't work, and I've also seen that having a 9.2.0 system.kext has worked but I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can get it or how to edit my 9.4.0 system.kext to be a 9.2.0 system.kext? thanks, warpedlogic Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/119840-usb-isnt-automounting-devices-i-searched/ Share on other sites
00diabolic
long standing problem multiple solutions given. I say you did not search very well. Whats everyone else think? Give it another go mate. Yours might be related to the system.kext which has to match the kernel but it also could be a few other things.
