veamon Posted August 6, 2008 Share Posted August 6, 2008 This is the motherboard I had, that just had the power die on it (it has 2 slots, one works and the fan spins but nothing happens, if I plug the other in, nothing comes on. They are the two slots above the center gray one, the little one seems to be the blown one). http://www.msicomputer.com/product/p_spec.asp?model=PM8M-V Anyways, this board worked 100% out of the box. However, since I'm having to replace it, I'm thinking of getting one where I can do a vanilla install. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm looking to keep it around $100-$125.
