callworks
Hey there. I'm planning to buy an iPod. I heard there are refurbished ones (I'm sorry I'm just new to these kinds of stuff. LOL). Would you please explain the difference between the refurbished ones and the brand new? drvr8
refurbished ones are usually ones that were returned for exchanges, defective, or otherwise non-operational ipods that have been returned and repaired (refurbished) to a satisfactory working condition. Generally, a refurbished item has been tested more than a brand new item and rarely breaks down again. Although a refurb item can have a shorter warranty it usually has had all it's components tested and replaced if they were defective and often you are getting something that may be more reliable than a brand new one. Also refurbished ipods do not get the free engraving that the brand new ones receive should you choose that option.
