StickyC
I've got the Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L and audio out (at least stereo) seems to be fine, but the Audio driver isn't finding the Mic in. From what I've read here (and in the ALC888Audio installer), the current ALC888 driver does not work with the ICH9 southbridge chipset. Are there any solutions that do work? I'm running from Kalyway's 10.5.2 DVD which I've upgraded to 10.5.4 (not sure which kernel it's using now). Thanks! Hagar
I got mic input on my ga-ep35-ds3 by the standard method of dumping the codec from linux & dropping on the HDAPatcher.
