Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has had any success at getting Leopard running on any of the eee's with an 8.9 inch screen.

I'm looking particularly at the 901 as it has the atom processor so shouldn't have problems with clock speeds and has the longer battery life.

Anyway this looks like a perfect cheap and portable solution rather than taking my macbook with me everywhere and i'll probably end up getting one anyway and running linux but I would like to know if anyone has had this working and whether running OSX on it is suitable for playing back video media such as episodes of TV programmes

I'm trying to find out the exact same thing, I've found a few dodgey videos (

) but none give any detail on what is working (sound, QE/CI, wireless, etc). I really want a UMPC that can run OS X near perfect (replacing the wireless card is ok) and at the moment am torn between the MSI Wind, Eee PC and ACER Aspire One.

(Proces in Australia are rly crappy MSI WInd= $700, ASPIRE ONE=$500-$600 and eee PC 901 = $680)
