conjure1 Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 I have a built-in intel high definition audio card by Realtek. I have ICH8-M chipset, and Intel GM965 express chipset. I have a Toshiba P-205 DPCI gives me a devide Id of 284b. How do I find out the ALC of my card? With ALC 268 I got the input/output working but with lots of noise. Does that mean that ALC is different for me? Any help would be appreciated, because I've searched everywhere, and couldn't find it. And Toshiba do not give information at all on the specifics of their built-in sound cards.
