royalty Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 Hi folks, my system: MB: ASUS P5B SATA HDD (only OSX installed) ATi 1950 XT I used iAtkos 4.0i (10.5.4) After the installation I had the problem, that the menu (the drop down menu of finder when klicking on it) was completely black. So i tried to use another driver for my ATI 1950XT. After the reboot I get a "broken" background without seeing finder or something else .. Suzie's Soliloquy Posted July 25, 2008 Share Posted July 25, 2008 Boot into Single User mode (by using the -S flag), when prompted, type "Mount -uw /" and hit return When the prompt returns, type "/movevideodrivers" and follow the steps on there appropriate to your card.
