non destructive partition tool question

I have already succesfully installed leopard on my pc

 

However I did it on a relatively small partition.

I would like to add a larger one in my hard drive and reinstall a disk image without losing what I already have.

 

How can I create non destructively a new hfs+ partition in my hard drive?
