TranSport
Ok I am super stoked that 10.4.5 has fixed the image/ picture viewer in OSX and most Java issues. But what is up with Ebay? Everytime I try to list an auction when I try to upload pics to there server via Ebay's Java applet. It always crashes and goes back to the homepage? This happens regardless if I am using Safari, or Camino, or Deerpark? Any suggestions? Is there a Java upgrade and if so how do I intergrate it into my browser. I currently prefer Camino 1.0? Cheers, and thanks, PS I also wonder if this same problem is happening on the new Intel Macs? I looking them up in the apple finder and it has a system prefs but they all seem active. Am i missing something? Should I be tryiing to mess with my browsers' prefs? Here is what Ebay says? eBay is Java™ Powered running on powerful Sun Fire UltraSPARC® and AMD Opteron™ servers supported by Sun services and solutions. eBay has chosen Sun’s Solaris Operating System, the most advanced operating system on the planet, and its Sun Fire servers to help power The World’s Online Marketplace.
