traffiq
Hi guys, my Question is if the following System is able to run OSX 10.5 Manufacturer: Dell Type: Precision 650 Chipset: Intel E7505 chipset Processor: Intel® Xeon™ Graphic: AGP (Ati x850xt) HDD: IDE Network: Integrated PCIx 64-bit Intel 10/100/1000 Gigabit1 Ethernet Audio Integrated Analog Devices AC'97 Audio Even more detailed specs: http://www.dell.com/downloads/us/produc ... 0_spec.pdf So is it even possible to get osx running on that system ? Yesterday i tried to install leo4allv3 with the JAS Patch but it didnt work so well wink_anim.gif First attempt: Just click throguh without customize and install -> Result: immediate reboot Second attempt: select best ( which i think the best one would be ) fitting options (kernel vanilla 9.2.2) in customize and install -> Result: immediate reboot Last attempt: deselected the standard kernel and just selected the vanilla kernel and install -> Result: immediate reboot I played around in each attempt with the bios settings and tried to boot in safemode also i cant read the messages in verbose mode cause it goes way to fast. So could anyone could give me please advice ? Do i need to type vanillakernel in the boot options when i install only the vanilla kernel ? Thanks and greetings from Germany
