finetuned
Hi, I'd really like to get Sleep working on my Thinkpad T60p. Can anyone explain how I dive into this? I've tried a lot of the alternative kernels, but none really worked (some worked only on battery). I've read some people commenting that different graphics drivers changed the sleep behavior, entering cpus=1, but how is all of this related? For me, I usually see the 'moon LED' blink for about 25 seconds, and then the laptop shuts down, leaving the sleep light on, as if everything went well. When I then press the power button, or close/open the lid the laptop will restart and prompt the lovely 0192 Security Hardware Tamper detected. I'm not looking just for a quick solution, but more to insight into this problem. I'd really like to take on the challenge to identify the problem, but I frankly don't know where to start. If anybody could help me out, that'd be greatly appreciated. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/114314-sleep-actually-how-is-it-done/ Share on other sites
