parcival39 Posted July 6, 2008 Share Posted July 6, 2008 Hallo zusammen, habe mir eine neue GraKa zugelegt. Es ist eine nvidia 8600GT 512MB, leider mit Device ID 0x401. Beim starten wird die GraKa nicht erkannt weil die ID nicht passt. Bei den meisten Nvidia kext wird jedoch überwiegend die 8600er mit 0x402 unterstützt. Frage an die Speziealisten wo / was muss ich tun das meine GraKa richtig erkannt wird. mcbook Posted July 8, 2008 Share Posted July 8, 2008 hi hab ne 8600gt mit 256 mb und überhaupt keinen plan was ich machen muss damit QE und CI funktionieren ich hab kalyway 10.5.2 mit 10.5.3 combo update ich hab schon verschiedene installer ausprobiert aber bei allen lässt sich der rechner nicht mehr starten(booten) (ich muss dann im single user mode die nvinject.kext löschen damits wieder geht) kann mir einer sagen wie ich das anstelle oder was ich machen muss (einstellungen, nvcap?!, device id?!) gibts irgendwo ne verständliche anleitung? Lustral Posted July 26, 2008 Share Posted July 26, 2008 ja aber er will kein RGB sonder DVI laufen haben @GuruMarfi darum geht auch RGB mit nvinstaller.. Ich hab den Efi String fuer die Karte selbst zusammengebastelt weil das nix gibt an Strings die gehen. auch nicht mit efi studio.. MAn muß auch nicht das Rom patchen zu 256mb sondern hat 512. Das Problem ist man muß nach jeden ändern der Auflösung den PC neustarten.. Ich weiß leider im Moment auch nicht woran das liegt. Man bekommt nach den ändern nur ein blauen Bildschirm Starte man den PC aber neu is die Auflösung da. Es geht aber alles dafür. Aber so oft ändert man ja nicht die Auflösung..
